I assist business owners in streamlining processes for seamless operations and faster scaling.
Working with business owners, I learned that TIME is an essential commodity. While you can always increase sales, we cannot increase the time. We only have 24 hours in a day.
As the business grows, so does the number of projects, documents, task lists, and people to manage. At one point, it can get OVERWHELMING AND NOISY. A lot of things can fall through the cracks.
Understanding this struggle, my goal is to help business owners, C-levels, and teams ORGANIZE and SIMPLIFY their operations so they can MAXIMIZE their RESULTS.

• Check Slack communication for updates on leads and move them to CRM (Active Campaign & Trello). • Check if contracts have been sent. • Check if EOD reports have been updated and review the TEDi Google sheet (ADS MANAGER). • Review CRM for sales. • Review CRM for students. • Check Calendly for daily meeting updates. • Monitor inbound and outbound messages and call in Open Phone system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. • Use Photoshop to conceptualize and create eye-catching banners for sports events. • Make sure the designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity. • Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas in the creative process. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs. • Provide input on design strategies and contribute to the overall creative high-quality designs.
