PositiveHire, a tech company is engineered to bridge the gap between enterprises and underrepresented women in STEM professions. PositiveHire not only help black, Latina and indigenous women find inclusive workplaces, but to prepare enterprises to receive them, and help those enterprises recruit them. My role is to manage all things in the back end of PositiveHire working 1on1 with the CEO. I’m maintaining a good VA-Client relationship through real-time communication and weekly business reviews.
Hire Great Help, Inc is a training & development company that helps coaches, consultants, and service providers delegate the day-to-day operations of their high ticket services without sacrificing client success in the Growth Phase. Transitioning form business to business I was able to provide support to the company’s CEO.
Divya Parekh bring over 20 years of rich and varied experiences to her roles as a business positioning coach, influence mastery advisor and a speaker. Divya’s professional career includes positions as a university associate professor, scientist, biotechnology professional, and as a global business relationship and leadership coach. My main role with her is supporting her social media platform by creating canva designs and utilizing it for content purposes. I manage her social media platforms for a short period of time when AI/Chatgpt was not ther yet. I spend few hours of my time to check and see the comments and interact with people in her community.
Breaking Barriers Unapologetically is a company that assists you in breaking free from those things that keeping you in bondage. Guiding you through the process of understanding the power of the W2 Mindset in life and business.. The owner is the first generation to break the generational curses on both sides of her family in life and in business. I provided my services by supporting her social media handles. I create designs in Canva and schedule them on her social media platforms on a daily basis and research trending hashtags for organic views and engagements. Proofreading is one of my duties for her e-books.
