As a Social Media Management involves overseeing the online presence and activities of a company or individual across various social media platforms. Aside from being the executive and personal assistant, I also assist in this area by: 1. Content Creation: Collaborating with the CEO to develop engaging content such as posts, updates, and articles that align with the CEO's personal brand and the company's goals. 2. Scheduling and Posting: Using social media management tools to schedule posts at optimal times for maximum visibility and engagement, ensuring a consistent and active presence on social media. 3. Community Engagement: Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries, feedback, and interactions from followers and customers. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience demographics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions for improvement. 5.
